PURPOSE

• An artist is the provider and, simultaneously, recipient of social assistance:
  An artist nourishes the spirit and heals the soul of his/her patron.
  Monetary social allowance for an artist guarantees his/her uninterrupted, decent livelihood.
  
• Promotion of civil society.
  
• Consolidation of artists.
  
• Opportunity for an artist to communicate directly with the patron. For the latter, the process is interesting, illuminating and educating.
